I was commissioned around 2005/6 to paint a portrait of cricketer Sir Viv Richards for the MCC's art collection at Lords where they have portraits of the world greatest ever cricketers .

David Hockney's major new exhibition opened a week or so ago at the Royal Academy in London. The public seem to love it but on the whole the London art critic's responses were less than positive.
